Grades and RecruitingThe first thing that Coaches or Scouts ask for is your son/daughter's grades. Your son or daughter might be a great
athlete but if he or she doesn't have the grades, there is no way a good College will offer your child a Scholarship.
About 2 or 3 years ago. A High school girl would come once a week to pitch live to our girls. A great pitcher. One day she brought a folder full of letters of intent from many colleges in the nation. It was amazing to see so many letters. Long story short she graduated from high school with low grades. Not a single college offered her a scholarship because of the grades.
